These terms apply when you use blackmangoherbs.com or buy products from Blackmango Herbs, a partnership firm at Plot No. 77, HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Alipur, Barwala, Panchkula, Haryana 134118, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
Blackmango Herbs manufactures and supplies veterinary medicines and feed supplements for cattle, buffaloes and other livestock.
- Animal use only. Our products are not for human consumption.
- Follow the label. Use each product as directed on its label, or as advised by a qualified veterinarian. Dosages on this website are general guidance only and don’t replace a vet’s diagnosis.
- Withdrawal periods. Follow any milk or meat withdrawal period stated on the label.
- Storage. Store products as shown on the label, out of reach of children and animals.
Product descriptions, images and information on this website are for general information. Pack designs may change. If anything on the website differs from the label, the label is correct.
2. Prices and orders
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is extra where it applies.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown when you pay, or on your quotation, is the price you pay.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or an order looks fraudulent. If you’ve already paid, we refund you in full.
3. Dealers, distributors and PCD franchise
Bulk, dealer, distributor and PCD franchise supply is agreed separately, by quotation or written agreement. Where those terms conflict with these, the separate agreement applies.
4. Payment
You can pay online through Razorpay, or by bank transfer or UPI against our invoice. We dispatch orders once payment is received, unless we’ve agreed credit terms with you in writing.
5. Shipping and returns

6. Website use
Don’t misuse this website. That includes trying to hack it, uploading harmful code, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on this website belongs to Blackmango Herbs, including text, product names, logos and images. Don’t copy it without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We make our products carefully and to the stated specifications. But animal health depends on many things outside our control, including diagnosis, dosage, feed, housing and the animal’s condition. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of milk yield, income or animals, from using a product outside its label directions or without veterinary advice.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panchkula, Haryana.
